A little about us
Path was created by Rob, a community physio with over fifteen years of experience, and Laura, a marketer who wanted to put her skills toward something that matters… helping people. We believe work should fit into life, not the other way around, because you can't pour from an empty cup.

We are building a small, supportive community where clinicians feel valued and connected. A place to do great work your way, be fairly remunerated for the work you do (70% of the NDIS rate incl super + full travel), and still have time for the parts of life that matter to you.
