We’re on the lookout for a compassionate Physiotherapist (1+ years’ experience) to join our growing start-up as a contractor supporting our amazing NDIS community.
​
We are a new allied health provider working across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs —so it’s a fantastic time to jump on board and grow with us!
​
You’ll be working from home, planning your own schedule, and visiting participants in the community when needed. With a mixed caseload, no two days will be the same - and that’s part of what makes the role so rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Supporting a diverse mix of participants with a range of functional, cognitive, and physical needs
-
Assess mobility and function at home
-
Set goals and deliver evidence-based physio: strength, balance, gait, falls, pain
-
Prescribe and progress home exercise programs; upskill carers/support workers
-
Recommend and trial mobility/transfer equipment; coordinate with OTs/suppliers
-
Prepare clear NDIS reports and Support at Home summaries
-
Manage your caseload, travel and documentation; collaborate with families and care team
What You’ll Need:
-
A degree in Physiotherapy
-
Current AHPRA registration
-
1+ years of clinical experience, ideally including work with NDIS participants
-
A genuine love for supporting others and building real connections
-
A solid understanding of the NDIS and how to support participants within the scheme
-
A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
-
A National Police Check
-
A Working with Children Check
-
NDIS Worker Screening and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
-
An ABN (Australian Business Number) for billing purposes
