At Path Allied Health, we’re proud to offer a free initial physiotherapy assessment for eligible participants across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. This initiative is part of our commitment to making expert care more accessible and helping participants take the first step towards greater independence and wellbeing.

What’s Included:

• A 45–60 minute physiotherapy assessment with one of our experienced physiotherapists

• A customised home exercise plan, tailored to your needs and goals

• The opportunity to discuss ongoing physiotherapy supports, if appropriate

​

Eligibility:

• This offer is available to NDIS participants (self-managed or plan-managed)

• Participants must reside in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs

• The offer is limited to new clients who have not previously accessed physiotherapy services with Path Allied Health

Important Notes:

• This offer is 100% free of charge and carries no obligation to continue services

• Participants must have suitable goals for physiotherapy intervention under their NDIS plan

• All assessments are subject to clinician availability—we may be unable to accept referrals if we have reached capacity

• Path Allied Health reserves the right to pause, end, or modify this offer at any time within the 6-month period

• If ongoing services are recommended, future sessions will be charged at our standard NDIS physiotherapy rate
